Position: Lead Recovery Technician Reports
To: Residential Manager
Position Summary:
To ensure programmatic activities are being followed as per the standards set by the program's mission. Provide direct support to individuals served with behavioral health needs while supervising and guiding other technicians.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Safety & Compliance
1. Uphold organizational mission, vision, and values.
2. Ensure adherence to facility policies, confidentiality standards, and regulatory requirements.
3. Ensure safety drills are completed in a timely fashion.
4. Perform daily inspections of the facility for security and cleanliness purposes.

Education and/or Experience: Bachelor’s Degree preferred and/or equivalent experience in related field for 1 year. This position includes a probationary period of 4 months. During this time, performance and suitability for the role will be assessed. Successful completion of the probation period will confirm continued employment.
